Masked Rider
Masked Rider is the American adaptation of the television series Kamen Rider Black RX, the ninth in a line of series at the popular Kamen Rider Series franchise. Saban made it and aired on FOX component of this Fox Kids app block from September 16, 1995 to August 3 1, 1996 and then in syndication from September 9, 1996. Out of BVS International the copyright for Masked Rider was moved on May 7, 2010 into SCG Power Rangers.
The titular major part of Masked Rider was featured to a 3-part Power Rangers episode,"A Friend in Need," a week before his own show surfaced. Even the Rangers themselves were not discussed in the Masked Rider tv show as Saban re-formatted the string into sever connections with Power Rangers. The Rangers did, but produce a guest appearance in Masked Rider's shortlived comic book adaptation out of Marvel Comics.
Like the early phases of Power Rangers and VR Troopers, Masked Rider's conflict and villain scenes were taken from Japanese stock footage -- namely Kamen Rider Black RX, Episodes also sometimes had Ferbus interact with Combat Chopper and Magno but also both Japanese Kamen Rider movies Kamen Rider ZO and Kamen Rider J.
