The Pilot. A Battle for Survival

December of 1941, Northwestern Front. A German container column is relocating in the direction of Moscow. During a goal to stop the opponent advance, Nikolai Komlev's IL-2 is rejected. Komlev manages to crash-land his plane in a remote forest cleaning. He's alive, yet far from friendly region. Ahead of him is a relentless trial of serious physical and psychological endurance. After battling hunger as well as severe cold, averting packs of wolves as well as detachments of Nazi soldiers, the injured Komlev lastly makes it back to safety. But there he faces one more difficulty, the most life-changing of them all.
