The People vs. Fritz Bauer

The year is 1955. Germany is thriving economically, but it is becoming increasingly lackadaisical about confronting the atrocities of its recent history. Fritz Bauer, on the other hand, is devoted to bringing the Third Reich to justice. Bauer receives a letter from Argentina from a man who is convinced that his daughter is dating Adolph Eichmann's son. Bauer travels to Jerusalem, excited by the potential lead and wary of a corrupt judiciary where Nazis still lurk, to seek an alliance with Mossad, Israel's secret service. To do so would be treason, yet it is the only way Bauer can serve his nation.
