The Heroin Busters

The prevalence of drug use in Rome is at an all-time high. The leader of Interpol, Mike Hamilton (David Hemmings), is at his wits' end as schoolchildren score from drug traffickers in front of their schools and mules pass through airport security with ease. His only hope is to rely on one of his own men, Fabio (Fabio Testi), an officer so deeply undercover that no one other than Hamilton knows who he really is. Even as Fabio gains the trust of cartel head Gianni (John Loffredo), however, the dealers are getting closer to discovering the truth, and when his cover is revealed, Fabio finds himself in a desperate struggle to survive.
