The Deeper You Dig
For a mother, her daughter, and a stranger, the border between the living and the dead breaks following a highway tragedy. This was a joint effort by John Adams, Toby Poser and Zelda Adams, who wrote, directed and produced the film. They also star, direct, and write the soundtrack for the film. The family filmmaking crew uses the Catskill Mountains as a backdrop to create a unique cold tone in this breathtaking depiction of resourcefulness. With its blue-toned photography, the film's avant-garde style brings us closer to the subconscious.
