Stones for the Rampart

To lose and not be - a victory. This is the credo that three young friends, Alek, Sophy, and Rudy, live by. Scouts and people who just graduated from high school in Warsaw had big plans for the future that fell apart in September 1939. They are growing up in a very dangerous time, so they have to choose between surviving at any cost or risking everything to fight for a free homeland. Boys who grew up in patriotic homes and were taught the values of scouting decide to fight. They become soldiers, and even though every day is a risk of death, they can live a full life.
