Romeo y Julieta

The feud between two noble families of Verona, the Montesco and the Capuleto, who are sworn foes, is a source of disruption to the city's tranquility. Both of the families have persisted in their feuding, which is making living in the Italian town intolerable for everyone. The Prince of Verona explains to the chiefs that the two families will defend themselves with their lives if there are further conflicts. It was at a ball held in honor of Juliet when Juliet's father, Capuleto, and Romeo's father, Montesco, came into accidental contact with one another. Instantaneously, both are overcome with feelings of love for one another, but they are unaware that their love cannot last.
