This action thriller narrates the story of Gunpowder (RMD) as well as Timipre (Olu Jacobs), 2 citizens of Oloibiri, the town where oil was first discovered in commercial amount in Nigeria. Gunpowder participates in terrible struggle in demonstration to the squalid living problems in his area regardless of their oil wide range; accusing Timipre's generation of not doing anything whilst their land was exploited and ransacked.
