Aliah Rupawala is a Bohri Muslim girl who is 24 years old and comes from a very traditional family. She becomes a suicide prevention counselor in secret, and on her first day, she meets a 52-year-old man who is about to jump off a high-rise terrace. As she starts to try to bring him down, she has to face why she became a suicide prevention counselor in the first place and share a lot about herself to get him to share and open up. Going all in to save him, she starts to deal with and let go of her own loneliness and sadness so that she can help the caller do the same. And by doing so, she heals not only her own heart but also the heart of the man who called, who has been a Suicide Prevention Counsellor for 15 years.
