Lewis Cutterman is a highly regarded neurosurgeon who is happily married and the father of two lovely children who run the family business. They are role models for others in the community. A normal solicitor's visit to their house is welcomed by an invitation to supper; however, the event takes a macabre turn when the solicitor discovers he has been drugged by the family. When the solicitor awakens, he quickly realizes that they will be progressively eaten away piece by piece and that the child's family business is to sell their internal organs to poor people.
