I (Takumi Kitamura) am a senior high school student. I happen to come across a diary by my class mate Sakura Yamauchi (Minami Hamabe) that reveals she's dealing with a pancreatic disease. She expires, although I spent some time together with Sakura. 12 years after, due to Sakura's voice, I (Shun Oguri) am now a senior high school teacher at exactly the exact same school where I graduated from. I remember while I talk with my student. Meanwhile, Kyoko (Keiko Kitagawa), that had been Sakura's friend, will marry. Kyoko remembers the times she spent with Sakura and me.
