Almost Holy

Subsequent to the collapse of the Soviet Union, the social and political institutions of Ukraine faced massive change, including an increasingly corrupt government and infrastructure. A range of the country's youth wound up homeless and addicted to a deadly cocktail of cold medicine and alcohol. From early 2000s a warrior from Mariupol appointed Gennadiy Mokhnenko took up the fight against child homelessness by bringing them to his Pilgrim Republic rehabilitation facility -- the largest organization of its kind in the former Soviet Union and forcibly abducting street kids. Gennadiy attempts and caked challenging love way of the issues of his city has left him a hero to get some, and also a lawless vigilante to others. Despite criticism, Gennadiy is determined to keep his work.
