Erik has is motorbike workshop in a little town. He might have the telling word'scoundrel' tattooed onto his arm that was but he creates an impression of a average Joe. His connection with his girlfriend Julia is moving well along with also her daughter Linda is very keen on her Dad. But all of a sudden the mysterious Henry appears and begins following him about like a shadow that is menacing. The more Erik attempts to shake his guest off the longer Henry intrudes into his life. But when a violent gangster named Keitel compromises not merely Erik but Linda and Julia and enters the fray, Erik's apparently ideal world begins to run off the rails.
