Odette
The movie is based on the true story of French-born Special Operations Executive agent Odette Sansom, who was captured by the Germans in 1943 and sentenced to death. She was sent to Ravensbrück concentration camp, where she was put to death. However, despite all the odds, she survived the war and testified against the prison guards at the Hamburg Ravensbrück Trials, which took place in Germany. She was given the George Cross in 1946.
