Babes In Toyland
11-year-old When Lisa isn't taking care of her siblings or preparing meals for her mother, she has no time for frivolous pursuits like playing with dolls. Lisa travels to Toyland in a Wizard of Oz-style blizzard on Christmas Eve and makes it just in time for a wedding there. However, Barnaby Barnacle, the mean-spirited Barnacle, is ready to marry Mary Contrary, a young woman who loves Jack Be Nimble. Lisa and her new pals realize that Barnaby has plans to take over Toyland and set out to thwart this horrible wedding. It's impossible for the Toymaster to aid Lisa, Mary, Jack, and Georgie Porgie unless Lisa fully believes in the power of play.
