Sabrina, the Teenage Witch is a American sitcom based around the Archie comic book series of the exact identical name. The show was released on September 27, 1996 on ABC to over 17 million viewers at its own"T.G.I.F." lineup. The show stars Melissa Joan Hart as Sabrina Spellman, an American teenage half-witch who, on her birthday, discovers she has magical abilities. She lives with her 600-year-old aunts, European witches Hilda and Zelda, and also their bewitching talking cat Salem from the fictional town of Westbridge, Massachusetts by the majority of the sequence. The series' first 4 seasons aired on ABC from September 27, 1996. The three seasons ran from September 22, 2000 on The WB on April 2-4, 2003.
