Tsumiki Miniwa, a small girl who packs a punch, is deeply in deep love with her best friend, tall and easy-going Io Otonashi. The only problem is that she can't bring herself to come out and say it. And, regardless of the fact that he can otherwise read like a book, Io does not seem to have the ability to pick the clues up --even with all their friends teasing that there is no better fitted to each other. Acchi Kocchi follows her circle of friends and Tsumiki while they undergo their lives. Between Sakaki the prankster Mayoi the electronics nerd along with the nosebleed-prone Hime, Tsumiki's friends will never let her beat lives down. If Tsumiki will add the guts to finally say the way she feels, but only time will tell.
