Macross Plus

Macross Plus is a four-episode anime OVA and movie. The first official Macross sequel. Plus combined traditional cel and CGI animation, opening the path for more CGI in Japanese Animation. Manga Entertainment published the OVA and movie in North America and Europe. Manga Entertainment released the VHS in Australia, and Madman Entertainment released the DVD under sub-license. It has new mecha designs inspired by the original.
