JAG
JAG is an American legal play television series with a distinct military motif, created by Donald P. Bellisario, also created by Belisarius Productions in association with Paramount Network Television. The primary season was co-produced using NBC Productions.
Originally conceived as a High Gun matches the pilot episode of JAG first aired on NBC on September 2-3, A Few Good Men, 1995. However, the series was canceled on May 22, 1996 after 79th at the ratings, leaving one episode unaired. Network CBS acquired the series for a midseason replacement, beginning on January 3, 1997. CBS's decision to broadcast JAG proved to be quite a good move, as JAG has been on the air for 2 additional seasons and for seasons climbed in the ratings. Over 10 seasons episodes were produced As a whole and JAG was during its 5th season seen in more than 100 countries. JAG was so popular it entered syndication early in 1999 and it's still replicated.
