DNA²

DNA² is actually just really a science fiction manga series written and illustrated by Masakazu Katsura. It had been serialized across Shueisha's Weekly Sh?nen Jump magazine between 1993 and 1994, spanning a total of five tank?bon volumes. DNA² was adapted to some 12-episode anime television series that ran on Nippon Television from October 7, 1994 to December 23, 1994. A three-episode anime original video cartoon in 1995 followed closely this. Produced by Studio and mad house Deen, the series was directed by Jun'ichi Sakata, where as the type designer and animation director for the series has been Kumiko Takahashi. Animax, that has also aired the series across its various networks worldwide has broadcast DNA ², including its networks from South Asia and Southeast Asia. Central Park Media licensed all 15 episodes until their closing in '09. The five volumes and box set are all out of print.
