Brass Eye
Brass Eye is really a UK tv collection of information magazines. A series of six episodes aired on Channel 4 in 1997, and also a further episode in 2001.
The show Was Made by Chris Morris, also composed by Jane Bussmann, David Quantick, Peter Baynham, Morris, Arthur Mathews and Graham Linehan. Michael Cumming led the show. It ended up being a sequel to both Morris's early in the day teaser news programs On The Day and the Hour Today. It satirised media portrayal of social ills, in creation and particular sensationalism of moral loopholes. The show starred Morris's The Day to Day colleague Doon MacKichan and Gina McKee, Mark Heap, Simon Pegg, Julia Davis and Kevin Eldon.
