BattleBots is a American business that hosts robot competitions. BattleBots is also the name of the tv show. BattleBots Inc. is headquartered in Vallejo, California and holds all its contests in the San Francisco region. In a BattleBots event the competitors are armed and machines, designed to fight in a arena combat elimination championship. That the winner is determined by a point system based on strategy, aggression, and damage if both combat robots are still functional at the finish of the game. The tv show BattleBots aired for five seasons, covering five BattleBots tournaments. The first season started starting in August 2000, and also the fifth season aired starting in August 2002. Hosts of BattleBots have been Sean Salisbury and also Bil Dwyer and correspondents contained former Baywatch actresses Donna D'Errico, Carmen Electra, along with Traci Bingham, former Playboy Playmate Heidi Mark, along with twins Randy and Jason Sklar.
