A young couple undergoes plastic surgery at a run-down Eastern European hospital. The young woman wishes to have her breasts reduced. Her mother joins her for yet another makeover. While exploring an abandoned hospital, the boyfriend encounters a young woman who is bound and strapped to an operation table; she is the outcome of an experimental rejuvenation treatment. He liberates her, unaware that he has just sparked the spread of a virus that will transform physicians, patients, and his mother-in-law into vicious zombies.
