Young Törless
In a boys' boarding school at the early 1900s, bashful, intelligent Törless observes their fellow students' behaviour , doing nothing to aid a class-mate --before torture moves too far. Produced from the acclaimed publication of Robert Musil, the New German Cinema movement was established by Young Törless and garnered the 1966 Cannes Film Festival International Critics' Prize for manager Volker Schlöndorff.
