Young-gyu, a black market dealer, resolves to put his illicit activities behind him and begin a new life with his love Yu-ri after his best friend dies in an unforeseen accident. When he discovers that Yu-ri requires funds for her father's surgery, his dream comes to a halt. Young-gyu resolves to finish the task one last time to assist her. His smuggling ring works off of a boat that travels between Korea and China, choosing victims and harvesting organs from its passengers. Meanwhile, Sang-ho and Chae-hee, a married pair, board Young-passenger gyu's boat to Weihai, China. Chae-hee goes missing that same evening, soon as the boat crosses international sea waters where countries' laws cannot be enforced, and all of her things and images vanish without a trace.
