The Straight Story

A retired farmer and widower in his Alvin Straight finds one afternoon his brother Lyle that is distant could not regain and has suffered a stroke. Alvin is set to get things while he can, but his brother lives in Wisconsin, while Alvin is stuck in Iowa. He then hits on the concept of making the trip in his lawnmower and sometimes deeply spiritual odyssey.
