The Proposition

Place in the Australian outback from the 1880s, the picture follows the set of events after rape and murder of the Hopkins family, purportedly given by the infamous Burns brothers gang. Charlie burns up is captured by captain Morris Stanley and provides him 9 days to kill his elderly reckless brother, or they'll hang his emotionally dumb brother on Christmas Day.
