Dr. Caine, the murdering dentist from the original movie, has escaped from the mental hospital where he has been since being caught. Hoping to restart a normal lifestyle, he makes his way to your quiet town under a false name and takes on the responsibilities of this town dentist Things are beginning to appear for Caine, before day when he grabs his new love in the arms of somebody else.
