The Chessplayer

In 1934 Diego Padilla Matches Marianne Latour, a journalist and wins Chess' Spanish Championship, and they fall in love. At the end of the Civil War, Marianne convinces Diego to reside using their daughter, where later Diego will soon probably undoubtedly be accused of spying by the Nazis and imprisoned in a SS prison. In prison, Diego will make an effort to survive thanks to Colonel Maier's passion for chess in a hostile environment.
