The Bird with the Crystal Plumage

While walking home one day, Sam Dalmas witnesses a struggle between a young woman and a figure in an art gallery. Dalmas tries to intervene but has been caught between the gallery's finely controlled glass doors, which makes the woman suffering. Questioned by the police, the shocked author tries to remember every detail about the incident. Convinced that there is definitely an part of the offense they can't remember, Dalmas begins his own evaluation - putting himself and his own girl friend Giulia in lineup as the killer potential victims...
