Silent Venom

The one thing more frightening than Snakes on a Plane is"Snakes on a Submarine," which is exactly what we get in this claustrophobic, Sub aquatic thriller starring Luke Perry. Lieutenant Commander O'Neill (Perry) was piloting an retired submarine to its final port when Admiral Wallace (Tom Berenger) distracted the crew for just one final mission: rescue an imperiled army research team till they match a watery death. As a way to accomplish the researchers and their top secret freight while avoiding detection by way of a hostile enemy fleet, Lieutenant Commander O'Neill orders his crew to"run silent" at the depths. When the freight proves to be genetically altered leviathans, that silence is soon broken, however. Far below the sea floor, a new kind of predator appears to establish how susceptible person is when there's no where left to run.
