Secret Summer

Appraiser Rachel (Lindsey Shaw) receives the news her top-notched client wishes to buy out a small city's cherished library to build a hotel and spa in the land. Rachel is completely against the idea of leaving NYC but loses the debate for her boss. So Rachel slips out to California and packs her bags. During her first visit to the library she runs into writer, Jake (Derek Theler), who is researching the narrative of Captain Black Bart's hidden treasures due to his next book. With hopes of rescuing the libraryMrs. Archer (Rachel Ticotin), the librarian, compels Jake to reveal Rachel what the library methods to the town. Jake's got a lot on his plate with his research and also taking care of his niece, Hailey (Chiara Aurelia), also nephew, Noah (Max Page), for summer time but he agrees to help out. She has to find off to save it before it's too late, Since Rachel learns what the library way to the community.
