Quito 2023

Could be the calendar year 20-23. Quito was surrounded by Leonardo Ponce, a dictator which took control of the city at the early 2010's. A group of revolutionaries are on the point of committing a coup d'état. Just hours prior to the attack starts asking questions which led everyone to reevaluate why are they doing this and steps. Meanwhile at Ponce's palace, he's trying to decipher what is currently going on at town walls. There's movement that is unusual and among those revolutionaries is recorded. Ponce attempts to receive as much information as he can from him. Quito 20-23 shows the aspect of also the hopelessness of a region, the struggles of these leaders and the revolution that must not be regulated.
