Ice Cube returns as Craig Jones, a street wise man from South Central Los Angeles who has a knack for getting in to trouble. This time out, Craig remains attempting to outsmart neighborhood bully Debo (Tommy"Tiny" Lister Jr.). Debo is determined to flatten Craig at a rematch, Later Craig gets the better of Debo at a fistfight. Appearing to remain from Debo's manner, Craig's daddy decides that it would have been a good idea for Craig to hide out along with his Uncle Elroy and cousin DayDay at Rancho Cucamonga... but trouble appears to find him there also.
