Senior high school student Kyosuke Shikijo could be the most talented member of the martial arts of their school of the fist club. His late father was detective along with Kyosuke talk about his father's strong feeling of justice. Kyosuke includes a secret. Kyosuke likes to wear female underwear and transforms herself in to the alter ego"Hentai Kamen," wearing female underwear and gaining superhuman powers. This interest that is also originates from his parents, together with his mother a sadist along with his dad a masochist. By chance, Kyosuke understands the underwear of female senior high school student Aiko Himeno. With her underwear, he gains various pervert techniques and attempts to protect Aiko from the teacher that is heinous and cluttered.
