Blue World Order

After a nuclear war decimated the northern hemisphere, the surviving population in the south became desperate and violent as they competed for scarce resources. Society is crumbling, and an infectious bacteria threatens to wipe out those who remain. In an attempt to rebuild civilization, a self-appointed government known as 'The ORDER' used a massive Electro-Macnetic Pulse to immunize the bacteria (EMP). The Order secretly delivered a bio-tech virus through the EMP, giving them control over the population. Jake Slater is the only person who has not been infected by the Order's virus. Jake now scavenges the wasteland for a way to keep his unconscious daughter alive, unaware that she is the last child on Earth and the key to humanity's survival.
