Black Angel

March 1945 Asolo, Italy. Livia Mazzion, the wife of a ministry official, slides to the car of lawyer Ugo Oggiano. Livia must reach also her buff Helmut Schultz along with Venice, a Wermacht lieutenant, as beautiful and accursed like being a god, with whom she is having a relationship that is burning. During the trip she relives the high points of her catastrophic gone adrift, one that has crushed her entire life along with her fate, swallowing her up at the ruinous vortex of a bituminous along with sybaritic Venice. The city, at the throes of the war's last weeks, is rife with traffickers, officials, nabobs brass, sharks and adventurers of every kind. Yet a surprise anticipates Livia upon her birth in Venice, a surprise at that your heroes' personal defeats interweave with those public, as ancient and political events try to be in reports.
