An Affair to Remember

The return to New York to wed a rich heiress of nickie Ferrante is publicized as are affairs and his antics. He meets a nightclub singer Terry McKay who is on her way home for her longtime boyfriend. Over a few days they soon find they've fallen into love and he sees as standoffish although he is seen by her as just another play boy. So they agree that they will meet again in six months atop the Empire State 25, nickie has never really functioned in his entire life. This will give them a while and energy to deal with their current relationships and also for Nickie to observe if he can earn a living. He returns to painting and is reasonably profitable. Over the agreed day, Nickie is currently waiting patiently for Terry who is currently rushing to participate him. Fate intervenes leading to misunderstanding and heartbreak and fate can save their own relationship.
