A Scene at the Sea

When deaf crap man Shigeru (Kurôdo Maki) finds a broken surfboard using a few of his runs, it piques his curiosity, although he doesn't have an experience with surfing. So he fixes the board and, together with loyal girlfriend Takako (Hiroko Oshima), that is deaf, he sets out to understand to ride the waves. He goes through the locals and mishaps mock him. However, with the assistance of a shop owner who once was a legend, Shigeru could finally have a chance to become among the surfing area and the ocean.
